2024 Catching Clinic – August 20-21, 2023 (Ages 8-13)
Two day catching clinic for kids ages 8 to 13!
Our Catching Clinic will be held on August 20-21, 2024 from 9:00 AM until Noon.
This program is designed to teach players how to build their individual skills catching. With a limited number of participants, ValleyCats players and coaching staff will be able to adjust drills and exercises according to each group of campers.
Campers will have the opportunity to work with and meet ValleyCats players and staff while practicing on the field at The Joe. Campers will learn the responsibilities of being a catcher (receiving, blocking, throwing, tag plays, bunts, and pop-ups) while learning the most specialized position on the field.
Camp will include:
